Lloyd-Warren Construction, founded in 1980, is a family-run business that specialises in building upmarket homes, usually on a ‘turn-key’ basis.

Some of my best and earliest memories are of us messing about on building sites. My brother and I have been making ourselves useful under my Dad's direction for about as long as I can remember. I often think that in my family, we are some of the lucky few who don't have to see building houses as a job, it's just who we are, it's what we do.

I believe this because we aim to build a lifestyle for our clients. Over the past 32 years, Lloyd-Warren Construction has become so diversified in our scope of work and ability, in our specialist niches, finishes and techniques. Unfortunately there is far too much to talk about at length here, but we do a lot. And if we don't do it, we know someone who does.

We work with as much involvement from the home owner as possible, facilitating a complete turn-key project, custom build and centered around the individual.

A beautifully finished project is a result of an evolution through the build, a diverse and inter-related realisation of many achievements, from design to implementation. We strive to create a place someone will always enjoy living, catering to all individuals, the unconventional and the imagination.
